business development.
I have an understanding and appreciation for Governance requirements. I have gained experience in not only applying my technical capabilities, but also my governance and social consciousness. I understand the importance of stakeholder management from government, regulatory, shareholders and society. I have an appreciation for regulatory requirements from the JSE, IRBA, SAICA, King V and many more industry specific requirements.
My leadership style can best be described as inclusive and decisive. I am motivated by working with people around me to maximize their potential. I have managed large numbers of people with vast backgrounds from across different verticals successfully in my career.
