Mentoring & Coaching

There is a proverb that says “it takes a village to raise a child” – I am testament to this proverb. From a young age I’ve had a community of teachers, coaches and mentors that have contributed immensely to the woman I am today. I firmly believe in order for one to tap into their greater power or to answer the “why am I here” question, one requires a community of diverse people to help them unlock this.

This typically starts with firstly finding out; acknowledging; accepting and embracing who you are and what you bring to the table (self-acceptance). Self-acceptance and self-discovery is a journey not a sprint and sometimes requires you to get out of your comfort zone to discover who you truly are. My role as a mentor or coach, is to be part of the community that is around to challenge, support and stretch you as you go through the self-discovery journey. I achieve this through one on one coaching, group coaching and sometimes utilising nature as the backdrop.
